Long Island Photographer coping with the Global Pandemic | Homeschooling | Business

I wanted to say hi to all my amazing clients and see how everyone was doing.

Without a doubt this time in our world is tough.  Personally I've already gone through a slew of emotions.  In the beginning I have to admit I was a little panicky, tearful, and scared but have now grown better accustomed to our new lives.  As many of you know, I don't just work as a photographer.  I'm a physical therapist as well as a personal trainer.  Everything came to a halt when all of this started.   It was and still is scary but knowing it's temporary has helped tremendously.  Somehow, even though I'm not leaving the house to go to work right now I've never felt so busy in my life.  I am of course working behind the scenes from home; training online, workshops, working on IG posts, blogs, emails - it's the homeschooling that has become all consuming.

I'm not sure about you but I love it and don't love it all at the same time.

My husband thankfully is still working with the police dept. but that comes with its own set of positives and negatives.  Thankfully we and all our family are healthy.

Between taking care of the kids, the house, all the meals, school and  work I try hard to carve a little time out for myself.  That's probably the hardest part.  What about you?

I'm eager to get back to work and super excited to start taking pictures again of all of you.

I miss you all and consider everyone I've ever photographed a friend.  Our time together is always special to me.

Hope you and your families are remaining safe and healthy.

xoxo
